  From the moment we were welcomed by the doorman to the time he called for our car and packed our baggage into the trunk we were treated so well. The Baltschug has excellent customer service-VIP treatment. They make you feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to everything-immediate access to the Red Square, Kremlin, theatres, shopping and dining. Excellent value for money
